Pricing is tailored, because it depends on the package, guest numbers, venue and what you want included. Tell us your date, place and the style you have in mind, and we will send a personalised proposal with no obligation.

You pay 20% on booking, 40% up to two months before the wedding and the remaining 40% on the working day before the wedding.

The earlier you book, the more choice you will have of venues and vendors, especially for spring and summer dates, which are the most popular. If your wedding is close, talk to us anyway: we have planned weddings at short notice.

Silver is for couples who plan themselves and want a professional coordinating the day. Gold covers the whole planning process, from the first meeting to the wedding day. Bespoke is for destination, multicultural and international weddings, with fully bespoke design.

Yes. That is the Silver package: we coordinate vendors, timings and any issues on the day so you can enjoy it.

Yes. We suggest trusted venues and vendors to suit your style and budget, book the visits and handle the coordination.

Custom stationery, a wedding website, guest accommodation, a hen or stag party, a post-wedding brunch and support at tastings and fittings.

Yes. We hold meetings by video call, visit venues and vendors on your behalf and share everything by video and photo. We have planned weddings for couples living abroad.

Yes. Planning, meetings and coordination on the day can be in English or Portuguese.

Yes. We adapt the ceremony and celebration to different religions, styles and traditions, and coordinate families travelling from several countries.

Sara and Bernardo personally look after every wedding, from planning to the day itself, with a support team when the wedding calls for it.

We are based in Oeiras, Greater Lisbon, and plan weddings all over Portugal.
